Special Services

Body Fat Analysis Package: With a tailored Pilates program, it is important to know how much weight you are losing and also how much muscle you are gaining. At Core Studio Pilates we are offering clients the knowledge to distinguish between body fat and lean muscle mass. Learn about your body type with our body fat analysis package for only $60.

Package includes:

  • Determine your % of body fat with a 7 point measured test
  • Postural analysis to learn the structure of your body
  • Body circumference test to determine your BMI
  • Complete tracking of progress
